Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer
Had a very shiny nose.
And if you ever saw him,
You would even say it glows.
All of the other reindeers
Used to laugh and call him names.
They never let poor Rudolph
Join in any reindeer games.
Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say:
« Rudolph with your nose so bright,
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight ? »
Then all the reindeers loved him
As they shouted out with glee,
Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer,
You'll go down in history !

Avait un nez très brillant
Et si vous l’aviez vu
Vous auriez dit qu’il était écarlate
Et tous les autres rennes
Se moquaient d’lui, l’traitaient d’tous les noms
Ils ne voulaient pas qu’l’pauvr’ Rudolph
Participe à leurs amus’ments
Puis un jour neigeux de l’avant Noël
Santa Claus lui dit :
« Rudolph, avec ton nez si brillant
« Tu n’guid’rais pas mon traîneau cett’ nuit ? »
Depuis tous les rennes l’ador’ent
Et ils crient jouyeus’ment
Rudolph, le p’tit nez au nez rouge
Restera désormais dans l’Histoire !
